Notes & Policies

💵 PRICING

All prices are listed in USD.

💳 PAYMENT & DEPOSITS

• Long-Form Packages
• Single video: 50% deposit, 50% on completion
• 4-video package: 50% deposit, 50% on completion
• Custom Monthly Retainer: paid in full before the start of each month.

🧾 INVOICING & PAYMENTS

All invoices are issued via Stripe, a secure payment platform that supports credit/debit cards and other payment methods.
You’ll receive an invoice by email for each payment stage, with clear breakdowns of services and due dates.

📦 FINAL DELIVERY

Final videos are delivered via Google Drive (or another method if preferred).
Files are stored for 4 weeks after delivery. Please make sure to download and back up your final versions within that time.

📝 REVISIONS & FEEDBACK

Revisions are handled through Frame.io for clear, timestamped notes.
Prefer a different workflow? I'm happy to use Google Drive comments, Notion, Loom, or any preferred tool.

⏳ TURNAROUND & DEADLINES

Turnaround starts once I’ve received your raw footage, brand assets, and edit brief, unless agreed otherwise.
Have a tight deadline? Let me know in advance. I’ll always aim to accommodate where possible.

❌ CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable once editing has begun
• If no editing has started, the deposit may be partially refunded minus any prep work
• Work completed beyond the deposit’s value will be billed at $20/hour
• Final files will only be delivered once all outstanding payments are made

• Advanced transitions/effects* $20

• Final video over 20 minutes $20 per additional 10 minnutes

• Additional raw footage $20 per extra hour

• Rush delivery (within 4 days) $50

• Extra revisions $15 per round

• Add a short-form video** (60-90 seconds) $30

✨ ADVANCED EFFECTS*

Advanced effects go beyond standard cuts and fades. These may include:
• Motion graphics or masking transitions
• Film overlays, light leaks, or swipe transitions
• Camera shake or speed ramping
If unsure whether something qualifies, feel free to ask before billing.

🎬 SHORT-FORM ADD-ONS**

Short-form content added to long-form packages is repurposing same footage.
If you’d like to use extra footage or a new concept, it’ll be quoted separately as a standalone short-form project.

🧾 SCOPE OF WORK

Each package includes the services listed on the pricing page.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope, such as major structural changes or additional footage, may require a new quote.

📜 COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• You (the client) retain full rights to the final videos
• I reserve the right to feature completed work in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise
• All music used is royalty-free and licensed for use on major platforms (unless noted)

Any personal or sensitive information shared will remain strictly confidential and never reused or distributed.

📌 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Please provide all required footage, brand assets, and edit notes by the agreed start date.
